ecu is giving my car problems

I just installed a pettitracing performance ecu. Now when i start the car in the mornings it idles around 2000-2500 rpms and never goes down even after the car is warmed up. When i turn of the engine and turn it back on the idle begans to fluctuate; 2500-3000-2500 rpms. After a couple more times of turning the engine off and on everything finally works smoothly. I know this sounds weird, but its true. Does any one have any ideas?

FYI; i have a down pipe, RB cat back, RB cold air inlet, larger radiator, PR ecu

Remove the AWS and then see what happenes. The ecu may keep it on for to long of a period . Unplug the hose from the intake elbow that is near the fire wall and plug it up. The other methods to turn it off may not work with your ecu .

Also check to make sure you don't have any bad vacuum leaks or loose hoses.

duboisr, I'm amazed to see you give some good advice and not once mention the Great Garfinkle in your post

possible leak after the throttle body. Check the uim and lim gaskets for cracks. Also, did you check your idle control settings (the air bleed screw under the throttle body as well as the set screw on top the throttle body)? Perhaps your throttle cable is too tight (had this happen on 2 of my friend's cars already!)
you might also wanna double check the tps settings as well as the idle speed control sensor thingy (i have no idea where this sucker is but i hear people trying to fiddle with it all the time, do a search for it if you want)

good luck
