there are lots of threads on this already! do a search for ebay pipe or megans downpipe. the brand on that pipe is megans. to me its crap. i ordered one and the flange did not fit on exhaust man. it looked very poor quality. i at least got to return it.

 

Look for one on Ebay by RVMRacing. It's like $160, and TOP quality.

 

I noticed this combo today.. looks like a pretty budget fart can + downpipe if the bidding stays down.
