E.l Prototype Ecu?

I was just about to install my pfs pms when I looked at my stock automatic FD ecu I saw a sticker label saying E.L PROTOTYPES. 13B TT 92-95. and also it has a print that's says stock and its been crossed out like if the ecu is modified.this ecu is the N3A2 and I'm not sure if thats the code for the auto ecu so if anyone has any knowledge of this please let me know.

N3A2 is for an auto FD its a federal ecu which is not for a California car with an electronic egr valve. your in New York so its OK for your car. as far as the E.L Prototype stuff I would think its an upgraded chip. get the car on a dyno and check your AFR's and timing to be sure
