Is your high flow cat hooked up to the air pump??? If so did they take your readings from the tail pipe? If you have your airpump routed into your exhaust its adding a lot of air, if you take your readings after than point its going to not real right.

I would retest it and have them mount the wideband sensor in the stock O2 sensor location

Chuck is right, your inj duty cycles are to high to be running 14.1 at that boost level

I agree with Chuck and Stephen. It is possible something is wrong with your fuel system but it is much more likely the a:f reading is incorrect. You are more than likely getting a reasonable 11:1 a:f or so at WOT. If you were really running at 14:1 you wouldn't make that much power and you'd feel it. Double check everything with the wideband (including location before the catalyst) and retry it.

Can you post a chart for us to see? Sometimes that REALLY helps to figure out these kind of wierd problems

After taking another look at your post there are a few things I'm noticing.

1 is your power is low for the list of mods you have and the boost you were running. It could just be in the tune but I dont think that map your using is that bad, you should have been closer to 350rwhp with a healthy engine and turbos.

2nd is if your car is eating coolant you need to do a overnight coolant system pressure test and see whats going on.

3rd is it seems like when you burn water it makes your a/f look much more lean....I think. Maybe someone that runs water injection can tell us for sure. If I'm right this could be the reason your showing a lean a/f and not making any power

I dont see an upgraded ECU in your mods. You running the stock computer? If so, how are you getting around fuel cut?

He's running a PFC. The more I think about it 14:1 can't be right. Even most piston engines will detonate at that level. A turbo rotary shoudn't even run after a pull at that AF. Was your peak AF 14:1 then it dropped down as the revs went up?

If they didn't allow the temp to come up to temp, it could also scew the reading for the wideband. One run normally won't get it within operating temp of the sensor. I was going to ask you when the last time the fuel filter was changed as well just to be safe. Like some have already said, stock injectors at that range can make 350 rwhp since they are basically open. I think their wideband wasn't warmed up or something is impeding fuel flow IF the wideband is working correctly.

The map he's using if from my car which I loaded at the track. It's set for about 12 psi so with his mods, stock engine and turbo, RWHP isn't far off what I would consider normal at 12 psi with a hi-flow cat. He has aftermarket rims that are more than likely heavier than stock in the rear which tend to lower the rwhp on a dyno compared to the same car with stock rims and tires. We did log a couple of runs to see what was going on and I'm in the process of converting it to excel format to graph the data out. I did just notice his post that his peak boost was .98 which is higher than the boost it was set for and considering he has a hi-flow cat compared to my MP. Was the .98 from the PFC or from the boost sensor they can hook up at the dyno?

they didn't hook up a boost sensor, that was straight from the PFC

i do have holley jet pills in the lines, i have a .64 in the precontrol and .68 in the wastegate per robrobinettes website

so i will get the supra fuel pump and change the fuel filter since i have no records of having so done

ordered fuel filter, fuel pressure gauge/adapter, supra fuel pump

maybe we'll fix the problem

so stock injectors are good for how much hp?

Your in the ball park at 12 psi of maybe 315 rwhp at a safe 11.5 :1 as an estimate. higher or lower than the 11.5 to 1 and you can gain or lose HP. I'd go no leaner than 11.5 :1.

sorry for interfering with your thread ....

93BlackFD, you have not been answering any of my messages I sent you during the last few weeks. You sold me a stock bose CD player, I sent you the money for it and ever since you have not reacted in any way. Are you trying to rip me off?

You can make about 330-340rwhp on the stock fuel system at those inj duty cycles and all the bolt ons.
