Dual r1 oil hose - question

Dual r1 oil hose - question
To those R1 dual oil cooler owners - Does the first hose, off of the block ( oil pump ) contain a banjo fitting THEN a short 90 degree steel pipe and fitting ? OR does that first short hose consist of a banjo fitting and ALL hose and fitting.
Looking at the parts breakdown - you'll see that the dual oil setup has the first hose having a 90 degree steel pipe ell in it, then a short hose. I ordered that piece and got a short hose - no 90 in it.
Help clarifiy.

The oil cooler hose off the front cover on an R1 looks just like the oil cooler hose on a Touring except it is a little longer. The R1 hose attaches to the oil cooler line pointed to the right side of the car. The Touring's oil cooler hose off the front cover points towards the left side (only) oil cooler.

Also Jeff - unrelated to this post, but on a Manual transmission I need to know several things that attach to it, maybe you'll know.
1. On the bottom of the manual tranny, right next to where the Power frame front portion bolts up, there is a 6mm bolt hole boss there - what goes there?
2. On the Passenger side of the tranny, just up from what I describe in #1 above, there are two 8mm bolt hole bosses there - what bolts up there ?
3. On the passenger side of the bell housing, there is a 3" X 1" oblong hole, no bolt holes there to hold a plate on. What goes in that hole ?
I have not seen a manual 3rd gen tranny before today ( own an auto ). So I am learning what fills these voids.
Thanks, Tom

#1. Fresh air pipe that feeds the main cat mounting hole.
#2. ?
#3. Top side? Bottom side? There should be bolt holes (6mm?) allowing the "inspection plate" for the clutch on the bottom of the trans. Top side there is a bellhousing vent, I don't remember if the vent is held on with bolts.
