Drivers door handle wont move?
So the door handle worked perfectly the last time...
When I went to open the door it was stuck down. It was like it was locked in place or something. Is this common? I know the door handle breaking is, but I thought that was the actual physical handle piece that broke. This seems more like the inner pieces broke or got lodged together or something. I can still lock and unlock the door, and my inner door handle can still open the drivers door.
Any input would be great.
Thanks!

Most likely the door handle. Do a search on my user name and "door handle" - I've documented the guts of them and one of the ways they fail. It may be early enough to fix the door handle, if not it'll be time for a new one.

Dale's got the good ****.
This has happened to nearly every one of us at one time or another. All you have to do is to simply pop the little triangular cover off, remove the two 10mm hex nuts, and then check out what is binding in your linkage. Just spray the livin' dog **** out of EVERYTHING with some PB Blaster or WD-40 and it will work fine again if it just needs lubed. Often there is a problem with one of the rods coming off its little 'keeper'.
Easy to fix.
