Drilling through firewall

Anyone have good shots of where they drilled through the wall? I am doing the fan mod and I cant get to the effin ECU grommet, its such a PITA. Thanks in advance.

why dont you poke a small hole in the where the steering column goes through the firewall.

its a rubber surrounding. thats where i passes by boost line through.

dont make it too big.. just enough to pass the wires so you wont get engine stink in the car.

if you look behind the fuse panel, there is a hole that goes into the fender well under the cruise control chingas that's bolted to the driver side fender well......

Take a coat hanger, straighten it out, sharpen the tip with a file and tape your wire about an inch below the tip with several tight wraps of masking tape holding it flat against the wire.
Poke the sucker through the grommet.
Keep the coat hanger, you'll use it again someday.
