Im installing saxymans upgraded solenoids and while im at it im removing as much of the silly stuff as possible from under manifold. Im just wanting to know if i remove the double throttle and fuel pressure solenoids (fuel pressure regulator is gonna be piped straight to the lower manifold and the doubble throttle plates all removed and welded),, will any of these solenoids put the car into limp mode using a standard ECU (just for reference ive removed all the emissions related solenoids and although they throw up codes the car still runs great,, the only thing to date that has ever put my car in limp mode is the oil metering pump),


So basically will double throttle solenoid or fuel pressure regulator solenoid put car in limp mode? (I do have apexi FC which is going in car when all this work is done and goes for a tune)

 

Test it out yourself by removong them and checking for an error code.
Or just replace them with a resistor or the same resistance.
Do not make sometime more difficult than it is.

I just put 330 ohm 1/2 watt resistors in mine. I have no Check engine lights. I still have the DTC. As far as the fuel pressure, I just bypassed it to the manifold and left the solenoid there and plugged in.
