Double Question, Timing/AC-PS

Ok so I just pulled my motor and left the harness in the bay. I only managed to rip one stubborn connector, which surprised me, but I did baby every single one off. The one that I break was right behind the timing wheel area, it is a 2 pronged gray connector, as I was pulling the wires came out of the connector, one was dark white almost like a yellow, and 1 red one. I need to know how they go back into the connector, I dont want to reverse them and cause a short. (I will upload supporting pics later tonight when I upload them).

Ok so #2. I plan on taking out my PS and AC. What all will I have to adjust if I do that? Will I have to mess with timing? Or any other bs? Also will not having the sensors in mess anything up?

Thanks for the help guys.

Thats the crank angle sensor G connector, looking right at the inside of the connector facing you with the release at top, the red wire goes on the Left and white wire on the right.
