DOT Approved Harnesses?

Here's my question of the day for you guys...

What racing/safety harnesses are DOT approved AND breakaway.

I don't want to get caught in a racing harness without a rollcage BUT I know that a few companies out there have breakaway harnesses that release on one side after the primary impact.

Anyone know of who makes these and where I might procure them?

Thanks,

-E

p.s. I'm getting the M2 bar to attach these with proper support.

This is hearsay, but I believe Schroth is the only harness out there that is DOT approved.

Yes, the Schroth does have a breakaway in the webbing stitching. I know it is also DOT approved, don't know if there are others.
