Door handles have a lot of resistance?
Try taking the handle off and flipping the two pushrods. They pass across each other and they will not move well if they are in the wrong order.
After being in the body shop my drivers side door handle got hard to move. After fooling with it for a while I tried flipping the pushrods and that fixed it. If your outside door handles are hard to move and lubricating everything doesn't help, check on this.
