I had him rebuild mine last Sept or Oct....can't remember which.
He claims to get the tolerance( as close to Zero on the balancing) as possible. He also uses Viton o-rings.
I have 22,000 miles so far on them with no problems, but plan to take them off to inspect them before my warranty( unlimited miles for 1 year) is up. I might take them off within a week or two.

Viton is a rubber that is very tolerant to high heat, oil, and gases. In my opinion much better than silicone.
