FFE secondary fuel rail, ev14 2000cc injectors (cut off the plastic part).. the injector moves up and down about a cm and doesn't seem right heres some pics.. also i can't see any of the o rings when in the rail, i haven't installed it and pressured it up because I'm wanting to know if this is right before i put it together, thanks guys

i just put the bigger o ring back on the bottom and it seems fine, but obviously the injector sits higher, i emailed FFE and maybe they will try to resolve it.. thanks

The FFE rail is designed to work with Injector Dynamics injectors. If you look at the directions on FFE's website, they say to remove the pintle cap off the bottom of the injector and install the 2 O-rings they supply. With Bosch EV14 injectors, don't remove anything. Install the injector as is. Depending what height you get, you may have to shim the rail up with one m8 washer under each post. Also, get rid of those crappy pressed in aluminum spacers. Use the o-ringed spacers from FFE. They seal better and are much easier to remove.
