Your age: 22
Your car (model year, trim level, color): JDM '94 R2 in PZ black
Your mods that people would notice (briefly), especially exterior:
Full FEED kit
Advan TCII 17" in gold.
FEED type 1 rear spoiler
Lowered.

Nope....Not one.......It gets looks (could be the un-resonated strait through pipe), but that's the extent of it.

I guess it's safe to say the FD is a guy magnet more than a chick magnet, haha...

Girls with FD's (the few that are out there) or other higher end tuner cars must have no trouble meeting guys. I know a few chicks who are into BMW's and they have dudes swinging off their proverbial nuts.

It's kind of funny--I was talking to a female friend of mine who is into knitting. She told me she once saw a normal heterosexual-looking guy knitting a scarf in some public place (a simple thing to knit, it's like a girl knowing how to do a coolant flush). Multiple women come up to talk to him about it. Meanwhile she was also knitting, but she was working on like some kind of epicly intricate quilt and nobody even looked at her or gave her any props hahaha

This probably one of the most useless threads I've seen in a while, and there have been some bad ones recently.

If you buy an Rx-7 or any car just for attention then something somewhere is lacking, whether it's physically or mentally. With that being said, after driving FD's ranging from CYM, Silver, black and red I've noticed CYM's attract female attention WAY more then any other color.

What would really make this thread nice would be for you to include a pic of your ride with your post.

Well mine is a 93 Motego blue with a white stripe.

I get a lot of both Hs girls and kids staring at me as I drive by and a lot more when the bov goes off close by. I have also gotten my share of nice ride comments. I dont know if its that white stripe on the my Fd that’s making people turn their heads. I personally dont like it and that’s the way I bought it with plans of getting it repainted all Motego blue.

SO PLEASE FOLLOW MY LEAD AND INCLUDE A PIC OF YOUR RIDE. SO WE KNOW WHY OR WHY NOT ARE WE GETTING ATENTION.

I was just making a thread with lighter subject matter than my normal uber-technical stuff that makes a lot of people's eyes glaze over. 3rd gens don't have a "non technical" section for this kind of stuff and I didn't want to put in the lounge.

Well you can if you want to, it may just turn into another pics thread though

21, 1993 Red perfect paint, touring, all tan leather, sun roof.
Compomotive wheels and lowered. No spoliers
I have had plenty of girls come look at it and ask if it was "um is it like a porsche or something?"

Your car (model year, trim level, color): '94 R2 - BB
Your mods that people would notice (briefly), especially exterior:
C west front, RPR-1's (now RP0-3s but they haven't been out of the garage yet), lowered

It's mostly dudes that notice it. At gas stations people always want to check it out. One time a guy in a big diesel truck pulled over in front of me and waved for me to stop. As I'm passing by, he goes "is that cage welded to the floor or to the frame" and I said "it's a unibody idiot", i think he was probably big into muscle cars and doesn't like imports so he was being a douche.

I've had plenty of girls notice it, but usually its in pieces in my garage, I've cancelled many dates on friday and saturday nights in order to stay up all night and work on it. So most girls end up hating it haha.

ive had a few girls want to take rides. however the majority of the attention this car gives me is pure hostility. everyone wants to race me, and ricers always have to try to start their **** with me including following me for miles at a time. i suppose they dont like it when i tell them their neons and cavaliers arent worth the possible jail time/tow truck fees.

Does my car pull chicks? sorta, but it also pretty much cost me my fiancee of 3 years though. Really don't give a **** to be honest. I bought the car because i don't want to drive anything else. I didn't buy it to pull *****. I bought it because I feel connected with the car. Its as broken as I am LOL!

i would also like to add that any girl that would talk to you just because of your car is not worth your time. for the majority of the cases (unless you are driving a real exotic) its the man that pulls the chick not the car.

Well looking at his avatar I would agree with you. I think he switched teams because he used to have a very nice avatar with 3 girls then he went to what we see now.
