Does this sound like a clogged main cat?

all the sudden I have really low transition about 5 PSI, and my boost builds really slow, and even when I'm hitting ~11PSI it feels slower then before.

Sound like a clogged main cat? my mods are in the sig.

no, with a clogged main cat your boost on your second turbo would only be about 5 psi. it would not be able to hit 11.
