Question Does that fuel filter and injector cleaner really work?

Just wondering that fuel filter and injector cleaner stuff you pour in your gas tank really works....my filter is fairly new but I'm sure my injectors aren't perfect anymore, I just turned 38k miles.....

For about $5-6 you can get Redline SI-1 or Chevon's Techron (not Progard) from Pep Boys. They work pretty well to clean up the injector but don't expect miracles.

For $20 or so, I've heard that BG 44K is real good. It's what pros use. It's a drop in the tank bottle.

However, if your injectors are real dirty, you might as well have a mechanic clean the injector for $60. They connect a canister to manifold's vac port to clean the injector and then drop a bottle in the tank. It's not a bad deal by today's high gas price standards.
