I see you got it sorted out. Its a hassle but if you need to know your coolant seals are fine, pressure test the system.

Spotted you at Mitsuwa with a few of your buddies. Its actually the frist time ive seen your car during the day. Very clean!

AST delete FTW.

Also, couldn't agree more with Mahjik....I've seen WAY too many ppl overtighten worm gear clamps, thus shredding the hose...In fact, that's what lead to one of my power steering lines leaking last year (installed by previous owner, not me).

No i stopped in for sushi and left. Steve with the right hand mr2 might have been talking to you.
I was more into the supra didn't stop to see that the evo was rhd.

On the topic,
i did an ast delete on my previous setup and it worked out great

but this setup i still have it, wouldn't it help in maintain wounded coolant seals?

^^Yes, it absolutely would (and does) help mask a bad/blown coolant seal...an ulterior motive of the AST.

I double-checked and the radiator hose clamps are 2 inch, not 1.5 inch.

I actually got a phone call over the weekend while I was at the shop porting an engine, someone thought they saw my FD out and about--- it was probably your car

If not, shoulda came out and talked to us. We were out there for a good 1 hour 30 minutes and standing outside for about an hour. Amazing group of cars that came. The RHD's equaled the LHD cars lol. Cant believe how many RHD cars i encountered in one day lol.

Thanks for the updated tip.

Yeah i was on a hell of a ride yesterday, was all over north jersey coming from GSP south. Great group of cars we had out. Your car is a hell of a lot more pristine than mine though but from far away i guess we're the same since we have the same 99 front and wheels lol.
