Does This Car Look Ricey???
like its been said...take away that gigantic spoiler and its fine. It might just be the view but there was another post with that spoiler in it and it looks bad imo, however i am a fan of the tailight cover.
BTW, which is more expensive ...the cover or the actual 99 spec conversion

i dont think that it is rice, i think that it has most probably has the speed to back it up...come on people....the stock FD was fast enough as it is
hmmmm....let's see, I hate the wing, the tail lights, the body kit, and don't really care for the wheels either.
Rice to me, means gaudy tasteless mods, especially when they don't add performance to the car
With that definition, this car qualifies as RICE

Well I guess rice definition is different for everyone but I'm pretty sure it's fast since it's from japan, cars are toys there. You buy the car to go have fun in it and show off how fast it is hahahah
believe it or not....they have rice in Japan, they are civics also!....it's soo sad to see...so sad....
and they also have low rider 180sx and wide body LS400...very extreme taste they have there.

I hate the word rice and the way people use it. To me, rice is putting stickers on a car for things they don't have, unpainted bodykits, and putting parts on a car cause everyone else is doing it, even if they don't really know what it does. What makes this car so ricey? I'm not a big fan of the wing, but other than that, the car looks clean and looks like a lot of work went into it. Just because you don't like the way it looks, doesn't mean it's riced out. Would you call Steve Kan's car ricey? He has the Veilside kit on it. He also has around 580 RWHP and runs low 10's. I guess he's just a riceboy too.
Personally i spend all my cash on engine mods but i think after you run low 12's or 11's you can do whatever you want. BUt i think that so one of my favorite rx-7's that i ahve seen. Maybe a different wing, but the wing makes it look like it will fly off and kill someone.
I give it an A+
