Does anybody know where to get reverse light covers??

I'm a little confused by your post so I will attempt to answer it as best as possible.
1) You cannot get "head light covers for the back lights". You have your options of either the reverse lights or the brake lights.
2) As far as the "ones with the three holes in the back", I think you mean the JDM taillights.
Either way, you can purchase products from a number of sources. This being the rx-7 forum, you can check the RX-7 Store (Click on the RX-7 Store banner near the top of the screen). There are also a number of reputable vendors.
