The manual on iluvmyrx7.com does not have the A/C section. If you look in the general information section you see that A/C information is in section U. I don't know of any site that has this section - I did a search a little while ago and found nothing.

I was wondering about this too.

My '95 FSM's sections T (Body Electrical System) & U (Heater and Air Conditioner Systems) have a note in the table of contents:

"Refer to the 1995 RX-7 Body Electrical Troubleshooting Manual (Form No. 1456-10-94G, Part No. 9999-95-085F-95) for servicing of the body electrical components."

This is not to be confused with the wiring diagram manual, which is basically a blowup of section Z.

I've never come across this mystery manual before, unfortunately.

Its really not that hard. Find another FD with AC, take a look, and you can figure it out from there.

well in my case I just filled it back up with through the high pressure line, it worked on the first day then later on it stopped working. I know there isn't a leak since the pressure gauge reads that its full as hell, any ideas on which areas are usually commonly faulty?

Question Mazda FSM section for heating & air conditioning?

I couldn't find this anywhere. I did notice that there are pretty good descriptions of the systems along with diagrams in the service highlights book... nothing regarding troubleshooting and the like however... Anyone have the FSM section(s) electronically?

Check the attachment to post #3 in this forum thread. There is another diagram in addition to that one, if you need the HVAC blower switch circuitry portion, which feeds the circled "99" point on the attachment.

If you need that other page, I will scan it and attach it here. (The info is from the 1994 Body Electrical Troubleshooting Manual.)

mdpalmer,

Your picture above is (in my '94 manual) on page G-64 of the Body Electrical Troubleshooting Manual. Section G covers the HVAC system. The reference to Sections "T" and "U" in the Workshop Manual is incorrect. (My Body Electrical Troubleshooting Manual is Mazda "Form" no. 1380-10-93H, dated 8/93, part number 9999-95-085F-94.)

I attached the Table of Contents page below. Note the lack of a Section "T" or "U."
