Does after market fog lights fit all bumpers?

Does after market fog lights fit all bumpers?
I'm buying a new bumper since I skid off the road in a mountain pass last saturday. 
I have the bumper on the white FD and willing to buy th one on the yellow FD. Does my fog lights fit in to the new(yellow) one?

I don't see any fog lights on the white car. Behind those smoked lenses, you should find some turn signals.
I personally don't know if they will work with that other bumper. This thread probably belongs in the Exterior section. Those guys know their bodykits.
