Do I need a turbo replacement?

While seafoaming my FD, I found an exhaust leak coming from the turbo area. Upon inspection, this is where I see most of the exhaust leaking from. Do I need to replace the turbos or are these repairable some how? Will doing the non-sequential mod repair this, or will I need new turbos all together?

looks like theres a gasket on the wastegat area that you might be able to change out and i dont know about that top actuator rod by the dp. you might as well get new turbos though since you will have to pull them out. maybe the gurus had a problem like this before lets see what they have to say.

looks like gasket to me too.. but since you are going to check the turbos, check the intercooler pipes if they have oil in and check for shaft play. its better if you do the job once.
Also as i see the pic it could be the downpipe that is leaking and shows that is the actuator...check that too
