Do I get rid of my wastegate solenoid valve for NON-SEQ?

I'm using a pic of a diagram which shows ALL solenoid valves gone apart from Purge control valve, is this correct? I dont care about emission control either I gather the whole airpump assembly under the UIM can go as well?
