Disconnect battery after running
Yes, you can, but I've read somewhere that it's not something you should do often. Either way, when the car is on, the alternator should provide enough power to run everything, therefore, you should be fine disconnecting the battery.
Out of curiousity, why would you need to do it anyway?

I was driving today and it just occured to me, Along with many other thoughts. Like how are you suppose to jump start an fd with a relocated battery behind the seat?
I think it came from the fact that my battery is totally dead (wierd that it happens right after I do the fan mod), and that I am going to have to move it or get a smaller one since I just got an intercooler.
