difference between montego blue 2a and m8

Whats up guys. Im getting ready to paint my car. I want to stick with the montego blue i just want to know the difference between montego blue m8 and 2a paint codes. Would be a great help if anybody knows.

My 94 is listed as M8... Never heard of the 2A....

my 93 is listed as 2a. im wondering if one of them maybe has a bluer tint to it. which would be ideal for me lol

synonymous.

all touch up paint i've seen is M8/A2. one paint for both codes

btw, my door sill (93) says m8
