Diff cradles - Cause sump to leak?

Hi guys,

A few people have told me they have seen the diff cradles which bolt to the case cause the bolts to loosen and the sump to leak over time.

Was wondering if any of you guys who have been running these style cradles/braces could please comment on your experience regarding this.

Cheers!

I wouldn't think so. The bolts may need to be a little longer to compensate for the thickness of the brace. Also may be worth a dab of blue Loctite to keep them in place and happy.

Also, I would probably pull the rear diff cover and re-seal it if I was doing this. If you take a bunch of bolts out to install the brace, it will weaken the existing seal.
