Hey folks, I'm in a bit of a bind and need some help. My stock airbox cracked and the smog techs told me fixing it (with JB Weld and tape) was not legal. I went on the hunt for a CARB exempt intake and the only one left (this was two years ago) was the HKS Super Mega Flow. I ordered it, installed it, works great, but I got no sticker! I brought all the documentation to the smog station and they agreed to pass me but warned that they would not pass me again without the sticker. I'm up for another inspection next month!

I've tried calling the vendor, HKS USA, some other distributers, CARB, and the smog check referees. The part is discontinued, no more stickers, yadda yadda….

So, does anyone have this intake that lives in a different state and happened to get the CARB sticker?

Or… does anyone have a stock airbox in decent shape that they're willing to give up for cheap (or free), or know where I can get one? Was hoping to not have to switch it out, but if that's the only way...
