Did I toast my turbo?...

One of the turbo controll solenoids (green ones bolted to UIM) vacuum lines blew off and my first turbo shot to 18 psi, without alternating to the secondary turbo, after replacing vacuum line the first turbo only puts out a shakey 6-7 psi. But did sequence properly, did that create a wastegate problem? Ugh. Ha Help is muchly appriciated

Did you toast your turbo?

Unlikely.

What ECU do you have? Stock? PFC?

Turbo is fine, you are just having a turbo control issue. Welcome to sequential. Search and you will find the answer you are looking for.

One time at 18psi won't kill your primary turbo but you could have messed up one of you check valves or cracked a coupler causing you to have low boost. Are you even hitting or holding 10psi after the transition?

Still stock ecu, at least I haven't changed it, it's unmarked as far as I can see
And Im getting a constant 12 psi after the changeover. It's a constant 7 psi then a long slow pull up to the change and the secondary spools up a solid 12/14 on a good day until shift, every gear the primary rides. 7 solid. Turbo? Wastegate?

Boom, that's what's about to happen to your engine.
