Did I buy a bad Supra TT fuel pump?

I bought an "almost new" as the seller stated, Supra TT fuel pump. I am about to install it and I remember to test the resistance. I got 4.8 ohms. I check the Supra manual and it recommend that the resistance should be .1 - 3 ohms.

Did I got burned?

Any ideas?

If you aren't sure buy a NEW one. Buying used critical parts is nuts. I knew a guy some years ago who wanted to save money so he bought a refurbished Supra pump. Well it cost him a motor all to save 100 bucks. It's your engine.
