Denso supra pump on a very stock fd?
Hi guys
I have a simple question for experts. Can I use a Denso supra pump on a stock fd without any flooding issues or anything like that? I'm trying to get my fd back in the road and bought a Denso unit without thinking
Thanks in advance

Yes, I did this with 100% no problems.
I think the stock FD fuel regulator can handle the extra flow so pressure doesn't go up.
I did a Walbro on my TII back in the day and fuel pressure went up and it was a problem like you were worried about.

Did your stock fuel pump fail?
I did this mod on Pettit ecu without any issue. It took longer to get the bose stuff out of the way than to swap the fuel pump.
