Deatschwerks Rails and Injectors

Anyone running DW hardware? I picked out their rails and 4x 1000cc injector kits and I’m struggling to get some answers regarding assembly.

everything came nicely packaged but there is virtually NO support or instruction with their products.

The fuel rail kit is a top feed conversion kit and the injector kit has 4 injectors. Two tall and two short. The tall injectors just look to have extensions pressed on. The kit comes supplied with 4 bolts and accompanying spacers.

I want to make sure I’m not putting the wrong injectors in the wrong rails.

anybody put together any of their kits care to shed some light?

All 4 injectors are the same. You can't put them in the wrong place because they are the same. The kit doesn't really require instructions as it impossible to install incorrectly. The injectors will fit only 1 way and you are provided the parts to make that happen.

the injectors themselves are, intact, different. I did wind up finding the information I was looking for.

The injectors all share the same part number but the primary injectors come with an extension sleeve pressed on to them.

They documentation in the kit doesn’t specify this.

I was having some technical issues getting the info from the download section of their website.

I did manage to sort out the correct injectors, bolts, and spacers but installation had me concerned I might damage the injectors if I continued to tighten the rail down all the way. It is a very tight fit.

I'm guessing its too late to take pictures of this? I got the rails, but opted to use different injectors, which I regret now.

I learned that if you buy separate injectors you might have to brake off the bottom plastic lip holding the o-ring and use dual o-rings in its place. That's the only way I got the secondary injectors to fit. Basically followed this guide:

Let us know how that works out. I didn't think my AN line would make it so I bought a radium low profile banjo. I basically copied the JP3 fuel rail kit but with the Deatschwerks Rails
