My Dash lights and left turn signal lights are out. I've tested the fuses and they all seem function. Anyone have any other solution to what the problem might be ?

 

Have you check any grounds?
Did you just install something new in the car like a radio or something that required grounds?

 

Does anyone know if there is a harness that connects the dash and the left turn signal?
His left blinker doesn't even work / make noise.

 

more info? were they working and just recently it stopped? has it been sitting for a while and now it occurred? like sebax asked, did u just install something?

and its only the left turn signal?
is the dimmer switch all the way up? is it connected?

 

Nothing has been recently upgraded, I drive normally everyday and when I went to start the car one day. All of the problems occurred overnight I figured.

It's only the left turn signal and the dash lights, but now I'm having a problem starting the car. I think it has something to do with the ignition harness but im not sure.

Yes the dimmer switch is connected and all the way up, this if the first thing I checked.
