Dark PFC commander

Not getting any traction in the PFC section, figured I’d try my luck here before I just re-install it w/o fixing it

https://www.rx7club.com/power-fc-for...r-fix-1136830/

if you don’t feel like clicking....

I’ve confirmed the commander does light up on another PFC, so apparently it’s the power from the PFC itself that’s messed up.

Any idea what to check/repair inside the PFC?

Thanks!

I'm no authority on things electric, but IIRC that's just a push-connector of sorts....it doesn't screw in or anything. Is it possible that the female side of the connection at your PFC just got bent/deformed? Have you pulled out the box and looked at it?

Had a friend with a similar issue, with VERY close examination there was some junk in the connector the commander plugs into on the PowerFC that was keeping the commander plug from seating fully. I would start with that.

There's a square hole in the middle of the connector that the square plastic alignment peg in the commander cable lines up with. That was the hole that had something in it.
