damm wheel hop again
i recently had all my bushings replaced with nylon ones and installed the m2 traling arms and toe links. it was great i had no wheel hop at all. then i blew my clutch and after it was installed i have wheel hop again. i think my ppf is cracked because it sounds like my exhaust is rattling. i did a search and the symptoms are simular.
what do you guys think is it my power plant frame?
thanks for the help

More than likely, it's your PPF. Those things are prone to cracking, even the upgraded MazdaSpeed PPF.
With wheel hop issues, my advice is if your getting it...Launch HIGHER...
I launch at 7000+ rpms on Nitto's with appx.19 psi.

You need to check first to make sure it's your PPF, usually you can tell because the rear felt really loose. Drop the exhaust and take out the PPF, it took me 1.5 hr total with jacks and basic hand tools(you'll need deep sockets 19 mm I believe not sure).
The RE amemiya PPF is not new. You have to send yours to Japan to have them reconditioned(rewelded etc). In my opinion not a good choice because fatigued components need to be stress relieved.
Get yourself a Mazdaspeed PPF. I believe corksport has a bunch of them. Painted red it looks like a million dollars. But you may have to grind some material out from the back area near where it needs to clear the diff. yoke. Mine will not clear it. I know.. I know.. it's mazda part it should've fit. That's what I thought also before 2 hrs worth of struggling to put it in.
anyway, good luck.
