CYM Touch-up Paint for FD

I ordered some from Automotive Touchup.com. Came in two bottles, a base coat and mid coat. Doesn't match the stock CYM color worth a damn...what are you CYMers using for touch up paint...?

I actually had a similar problem, my paint guy went and bought the paint for my VR to match some fenders to the rest of the car, however the paint is a lot different. It says you have to repaint the ENTIRE car....youll probably have to have some custom mixed to match..

There is a pretty good sized variance on CYM colors. Might have to work with a local paint and body shop to see if they can color match and mix some paint for you.

Very difficult color to mix and get to match. I personally have never tried to get touch up paint because of the difficulty of mixing and matching. Best bet is when they shoot the car make sure you get some touch up paint then.

color match depends on a ton of things, the light goes thru the clear, and yellow, down to the primer, so the layers matter, its not a single stage...

the mazda part number is 0000-88-0154-J9

That might be the part number but I don't believe it's been availabe for quite some time. I'd say for the guy that wants it it's worth checking but be prepared to hear what I'm saying.
