Hi All,

I have done a lot of searching and can't find a definitive solution.

I know it can be done, but what I am trying to do, is put a decent low beam (at least) headlight into the CWest headlight kit.

A few people have mentioned the Hella 90mm, but I've looked at one physically and it is enourmous. I looked at the hella 50mm and that looked like it would fit, but badly.

I am happy to modify the CWest unit in any way to get these to fit, as I only bought a cheap knockoff, as I knew there would be some butchering to get these in.

Has anyone done this? and can they supply close up pictures of how they managed to get it all to fit?

Also are there any alternatives to the hellas I mentioned above, that work better?

I really don't want to use this kit with the fog lights it comes with ....

Bumping... I know at least one person has done this.... just a matter of them (or someone who knows them) seeing this thread......

 

I'll bump this thread. I have the cWest kit installed, but the light output is aweful with the Katz lights. I tried buying some universal HIDs off the net. They sort of fit, but they're a little too small for the opening so i'm still trying to find a way to make them look decent.
