Cutting at 3000 rpm

Dear Smart ppl of Rx7,,
I am facing problem in my car. I have 99 auto ....I started my car after 3 years everything went fine but it was cutting at 3000 rpm....I was trying to figure that out but the next day it just stopped starting,, found that the fuel pump...was not working welll. changed put in another used pump...but the car was not starting,,, so we checked everything and found out that there is no pulse in the injectors checked everything still I am unable to find a cure.Any help would be highly appreciated...

It's a stock car with an hks racing suction kit, and it's a rebuild and the mileage is around 4000 km after rebuild and over all mileage is 59000 km...and it's an auto transmission....

Bud after installing the used fuel pump...petrol is coming in the lines..bud suddenly the pulse dissappeared from the injectors...you think may be the fuel pump which I installed is creating the problems..or some the else..please advise....

personally I dont think the issue is the fuel injectors . BuT it does sound like the car is going into limp mode when it does start . so please try and get the codes from the car you may have a bad oil metering pump .

Try taking the plugs out see if they are wet or dry .
