Custom Single Turbo

What would I need to do to put in my own single turbo "kit"? If I get a manifold, turbo, wastegate and downpipe... what else will I need? I'll need some kind of pipe made to go to the SMIC (until I get that upgraded) but that's all I know of. I don't know the sizes of the oil and/or coolant lines. I'm a do-it-yourself'er, so I'd like to try it myself before taking it to someone.

other items:

gaskets for manifold & turbo
oil and coolant hoses and fittings
BOV
air filter for turbo

Now be sure you have fuel mods to support single turbo and I might suggest holding off till you get a new IC.

How would I make the oil and coolant lines/fittings? What sizes are they? I think Earl's would have all the parts to do it, I just don't know the lengths or sizes to make the hoses. I could handle everything else.

How do you like the T04S kit from XS? That's the one I've been looking at. Did you have any troubles with it putting it in, perform like you expected?
