The wire is coming off the same area as the main ground wire. (the one that bolts to the engine near the spark plugs) - It's a single black wire with a white connector attached to it.

Thing is... the wire was ripped out of something, the connector is connected, but the wire just dangles from the harness down near my oil pan.

Once again, this wire is in the same area as e main ground. Single white connector, black wire.

Any ideas?

A picture is a lot more useful than a description

 

Sounds like the oil presssure sensor. A pic would help though

 

eh well, might have been a line that went to my A/C.... my A/C has been removed so yeah...

I'll get a pic when I can.

Black end is water level sensor, other black ended is for the oil pressure sensor, white is for the a/c pressure sensor switch.
