Question CRC block weld USE

Is it better to drive the car around with the CRC in to get it up to temp or is it better to just start the car and let it warm-up. What's the pros/cons. I'm almost ready to add the CRC thats why I'm asking.

Let it warm up, then drive around for 20-30 minutes with the blockweld in, then park it and let it cool overnight. Next morning, drive it another 20-30 minutes, and park it and let cool.

I pretty much followed this procedure:

Make sure to flush the system thoroughly after using the degreaser. It took me 4 good flushes before I felt comfortable that only water remained.

They say that if you don't follow those instructions EXACTLY, it won't work.
