Crash Test Ratings/Results needed

hey everyone, I'm just helping out the neighbour kid next door. He needs to do a project about 93+ RX-7 crash tests for his auto class and came to me for some info. I drive a FC, so I dont know much about the FD's so thats why I came here to ask!
any links/info would be appreciated. I was glad he chose to do a RX-7 for his project, I've never really talked to him but he says he loves my car. so I though I would help him out and convert him to the rotary side at a young age.

As far as I know there isn't any. Consider the car a death trap!
Honestly the car seems to hold up pretty well for it's size and weight from what I've seen, but it's no Volvo, or Saab. There are some pictures of some fatal crashes on the board, I'm no sure if the search would bring it up or if the photos are still up.
There are also other non fatal crash photos out there, but the same goes for those as well.

Here's one of a FD rapping around a tree after hitting at a high rate of speed.

That FD and others I have seen on this forum hold up pretty well given their size and weight as mentioned above

I remember that car, it was the seller was local to me. Yeah, and FD is no Volvo, but if you pay attention to what going on around you, an FD is maneuverable enough to get you out of harms way alot of the time.

I came across this site, from a link at safercar.org :

http://www-fars.nhtsa.dot.gov/main.cfm

It seems you can request additional data :
http://www-fars.nhtsa.dot.gov/data_r...id=0&year=2004

Tell him that we'd like to see a copy of the report when it's done.

I know the guy who was driving that Hummer. He got away with a broken arm and a couple ribs.

If he is in Canada, he could look a little closer to home for a sports car built like a tank. (The only model ever crash tested front and rear using the same vehicle.)
