couple questions about spark plugs

Well I am going to begin prepping the 7 for this summer and spark plugs are on the "to do" list. I did a search and it seems as though for my car 7s leading and 9s trailing factory NGKs or 9s trailing all the way around would be best. As far as mods that would affect my plug choice I am running an intake, DP, cat-back, and Blitz SMIC and running a 12-10-12-boost pattern.

It seemed as though there were numerous conflicting opinions on whether to run 7s/9s or all 9s. People said that a modded 7 running boost levels higher than stock should run 9s and others said unless your pretty heavily modded (full exhaust and supporting mods) to stick with the factory set-up. Can anyone suggest to me what I should choose, I was gonna run 9s but there were some conflicting opinions so I was hoping to clear those up.

Also is there any need to gap them, it seemed as though you can just take them out of the box and slap them on the car......this correct?

I would stay stock - don't forget the anti-sieze! Make sure you get platinums.

The plugs cannot be gapped.

I switched to all 9's when i got my IC. I have no problems. I didn' t notice any difference, the car runs fine like it used to, but i guess it's safer now.
