i have a couple questions on rx7's

1st i was wonderin if i get an rx7 for a daily drivin car a car i go to work with go shoppin and stuff like that should i just leave it stock or can i still fix it up and not have to worry about havin to much power or would it be easier to leave it stock cause im still young and somtimes i get that urge to push the pedal down and sometimes i wanna go fast and do some races at the strip i got bout an hour away every friday so if its the same i would like to upgrade the car but will it be to much to worry about?
