Couple Qs

1)If a car is non seq what would be the affects of removing the charge control valve.
2)There are two sensors at the water neck, water temp (green plug 2 wires) and a black plug single wire under it...what is it.
3) And last, behind the ECU theres a black plug with a single wire not pluged into anything (on mine) is that suppose to be pluged in or is it used for something else?

The lower 'black' sensor is the thermoswitch, it controls your radiator fans.
That wire is just a ground (for diagnostics?) but it's more common purpose is for the 'fan mod' explained in more detail here...
