Counterweight?
I purchased an ACT flywheel off a guy a while back, but he didn't include the counterweight like he said he would and will no longer answer my calls. My question is, can I use my factory counterweight or do I need to order a new one from ACT? I wasn't sure if there was a difference or not.

You will either need a stock auto tranny counter weight, or you can call ACT or some rx7 aftermarket dealer/store, such as rx7store, and they can get you one. The stock one is made into the stock flywheel by way of a big chunk of metal molded into the flywheel to make one piece, so no using it.

Get a stock unit. In fact, you can buy one from Ray Crowe w/ Malloy Mazda. It may and I'm assuming will be cheaper than the price offered by anyone else for a brand new unit.
A used one works as well.
