Copper Crush Washer Source FOUND!
I had a lot of trouble finding crush washers this big at any auto parts store. Maybe you guys have foudn them cheaper, but $1 a piece seems decent to me, i'm sure much cheaper than Mazda charges.

(you need 14mm)
I found this place when looking for divided T4 flanges. Anyone know any places to get stainelss divided flanges cheaper than here ($37.54)?

Cool deal. BTW, atpturbo.com has tons of DIY turbo parts - I'm sure you've been there, though.
BTW, you can heat copper crush washers in a torch to re-anneal them - you can pretty much re-use them over and over again.

Man, I just ordered a whole new set of copper washers for my turbos.
Ray's price is $1.69/ea for the 10mm, and $2.06 for the 14mm. Since I needed other stuff anyway, I don't think it's a bad price.
But Dale, I wish I had known about the annealing trick earlier today - I might not have bought them at all.
I do know this much - if you attempt to "clean them up" using sandpaper, you need to work your way down to a very fine (1000grit?) finish or else the scratch lines will become leak paths. Not gonna attempt that with the new set
