cooling fan mod??? switch?

i have been looking at some threads about the cooling fan mod which i want to do , but i just noticed it is not what i am looking for. i want to manually control the fans with a switch, i want to be able to turn them on and off when i want. anyone know of a thread that tells you how to do that. thanks ahead of time.

i think iluvmyrx7.com or something like that has some writeup on that, all you have to do it put a switch on the grounding wires to the ecu, and bingo... the trick is letting the ecu controll them as well as you
