The coolest 3rd gen pictures ever?
This image was taken about an hour ago for a newspaper shoot at sevenspeed. I have about 100 more here, and about 10 at sevenspeed.com
I will probably be doing more shoots like this before the grand opening when all of the lighting and the big laser is set up.
Grand opening is this saturday!!
Enjoy!
Oh, ok... here's another!

hell with the car pics, I think I'm moving into the shop. It looks like you've done a great job planning out the shop, hope it all works out. Who's the rotary mechanics going to be working there and how much experience do they have. Around here, we have a decent and competent shop that knows the 1st gen and 2nd gen, but won't work much with the FD. I prefer to drive an hour to Mazcare (Marietta GA), great guys and know all the rotaries.

Yes, I wish the car could have been brighter in the pictures. Black was the wrong color, and I did not have a flash -- which is very bad for a highly backlit subject. Plus, these were taken with the still feature on my DV cam. Hopefully, some bulb shots with a 35mm and an external flash will come out better?
The mechanics are Michael Healy and I. We have both been working with rotaries for almost 10 years each. Our expertise is biased more towards the FD and second gen. I don't like to talk about myself, so hopefully one of our customers will drop in and say a few words? We worked in a less than ideal garage up until we created the new shop, so we are very excited to get things moving this weekend. Rest assured that the toys will disappear on Monday, but we will always strive to maintain the shop in a pristine manner -- although I already think we will regret the maintenance of white garage floors!

Why must everyone pick on my plants? You see, there are several skylights in the shop so the plants give a nice cast of color when the sun hits them during the day -- and, unfortunately, and alien like glow when struck by laser beams at night....
