Question Coolent problem

I have a 93 and I went to start it up today after it was runing fine earlyer during the day, and the add coolent light came on. So I added coolent to it and it made the little buzzer go off and was runing fine. Well when I got back home I noteced it had all draned out in the drive way. So I put more coolent in the car and watched to see where it was leaking from. The leak looked pretty big or lest alot of fluid was leaking out around the oil drip pan. My guess its the water pump unless any of yall think diff. thanks JD.

make sure you only filled it when it was WARMED UP, not cold, if you fill the overflow when it is cold then it will just dump it all out the overflow tank when it warms up and exapands,.... I did this once when my light came on, turned out to be just a bubble or somthing.

Dude the same **** happened to me the other day. I just hope I did't really Fn' overheat the engine. Poured it in and it started dripping out. Dug a little deeper and found out one of the coolant hoses busted and was pouring everything out of the hole. Turn the car on and let it warm up. If a hose is busted it will begin to squirt out once it heats up and pressurizes. Good hunting!
