coolant swimming pool on top of rotor housing

I was letting my car warm up before I went for a ride and I noticed alot of smoke coming from under the hood. My first reaction is the car is on fire. Then I see that it is coolant burning off. There was a huge puddle of coolant on top of the rotor housing between the lower intake manifold. I used a turkey baster to get the coolant out and it was over 4 or 5 basters full. Where could this be coming from? The car has no heat and the coolant was bypassed in the throttle body over 5 years ago. It looks like the coolant is coming from the back side of the motor, after I got most of the coolant out I restarted the car to watch where it was coming from but didn't see anything. It doesn't look like it coming from the water pump. Thanks

Fill the coolant, start it again, and watch until it comes out. It had to come from somewhere.

Why not actually remove the UIM and start taking a look? The old nipple for the TB coolant line is back there. Depending on how it was plugged, it could be leaking however you need to get dirty to figure it out. It's not going to happen typing on the forum.

Rather than run the car and risk (minor, I know, but still) a fire, I'd stop by Advanced auto and borrow their coolant pressure tester kit.

With that you should be able to find the leak or at least hear the hiss as you pump it up.

I pulled the intake manifold off but did not see anything coolant related. The throttle body is not plugged or
capped but nothing goes to it so I don't see why it would need to be. The water pump is capped in two locations
that went to the throttle body. I filled the coolant started the car again and didn't see any leaks I took it for a short
ride popped the hood and it was full again. I have no clue where this could be coming from. Any help would be
appreciated.
